As a general rule, we do not accept pets; however, some exceptions may apply in certain apartments. Only domestic pets, such as cats and dogs, may be allowed.

NOTE: Due to their high level of risk, dogs belonging to any of the following breeds, including crossbreeds or hybrids, are not permitted: American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Dogue de Bordeaux, Fila Brasileiro, Neapolitan Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Tosa Inu, and any new breeds or mixed breeds determined by the National Government.
We may accommodate the pet provided that there is availability in the designated apartments and that its owner assumes responsibility for the pet’s care and for the care of all items and facilities within the property.

To accept the pet, you must sign and agree to our “Pet Policy” and pay an additional fee of $95,200 per night (this amount applies to the stay and does not include any damage the pet may cause to the hotel, its guests or visitors, or any additional cleaning costs that may be required).

Reservations and rates are guaranteed 2 days before the check-in date upon payment of 100% of the first night of the stay. Otherwise, the reservation will be subject to availability and the current applicable rate.
Medium-term stays (minimum 14 nights)
Reservations and rates are guaranteed 10 days before the check-in date upon payment of 50% of the total stay. Otherwise, the reservation will be subject to availability and the current applicable rate. If, for any reason, the guest does not complete the total number of agreed nights, the rate for the nights used will be adjusted to the applicable rate established for those dates.
Affinity Apartahotel
Long-term stays (minimum 28 nights)
Reservations and rates are guaranteed 14 days before the check-in date upon payment of 50% of the total stay. Otherwise, the reservation will be subject to availability and the current applicable rate. If, for any reason, the guest does not complete the minimum number of nights established, no refund will be issued for the remaining nights.

If the reservation is canceled or modified after the permitted period, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged. In the event of a modification, the reservation will remain subject to availability and any applicable rate changes for the new dates.
Holiday weekends and certain high-season dates may be subject to minimum-stay restrictions.
Visitor entry requirements
Yes, provided that visitors present a valid identification document (national ID card or passport) and register at the front desk.
Minors are not allowed to enter unless accompanied by their parents or by a responsible adult authorized by their parents.
Visitors after 10:00 pm
Visitors who enter after 10:00 pm and remain until 7:00 am, and who are not registered as guests on the reservation, will be considered additional guests. A fee per person, per night will apply.
Important note
Guests associated with a reservation cannot be changed after check-in has been completed.
For example, if your reservation is for two people, only the primary guest and one additional person may be registered as part of that reservation.
If the second registered guest leaves the accommodation and the primary guest enters with a new companion, the new companion will be considered a third additional guest. If this person stays overnight, the applicable overnight visitor fee will be charged.
This condition applies to all reservations and accommodation types. The reservation rate is valid for the number of guests originally included in the booking. Any change of guest after check-in will be charged as an additional guest.
