RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Pursuant to Law 1480 of 2011, when making a reservation or purchase through eehoteles.com and/or any electronic channel, you may exercise your right of withdrawal no later than five business days after receiving the purchase confirmation. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to reservations with a check-in date occurring within less than five days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to marketing@eehoteles.com. The refund will be made within 15 calendar days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, without deductions of any kind, either by bank transfer to an account held by the reservation holder or by reversal to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the payment method used.

Note: The Cancellation Policy DOES NOT APPLY to Non-Refundable reservations.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICIES

FOR NOVELTY SUITES, LEBLÓN SUITES AND PORTAL DEL RODEO:

For nightly accommodation: Reservations and rates are guaranteed 2 days before the check-in date upon payment of 100% of the first night. Otherwise, the reservation will remain subject to availability and the rate in effect at that time.

For medium stays of at least 14 nights: Reservations and rates are guaranteed 10 days before the check-in date upon payment of 50% of the total stay. Otherwise, the reservation will remain subject to availability and the rate in effect at that time. If the guest does not complete all agreed nights, the rate for the nights actually stayed will be adjusted to the applicable rate for those dates.

FOR AFFINITY APARTAHOTEL:

For long stays of at least 28 nights: Reservations and rates are guaranteed 14 days before the check-in date upon payment of 50% of the total stay. Otherwise, the reservation will remain subject to availability and the rate in effect at that time. If the guest does not complete the minimum number of reserved nights, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.

FOR ALCÁZAR DE OVIEDO:

For nightly accommodation: Reservations and rates may be guaranteed and modified up to 2 days before the check-in date upon payment of 50% of the total stay. Otherwise, the reservation will remain subject to availability and the rate in effect at that time.

For medium stays of at least 14 nights and long stays of at least 28 nights: Reservations and rates are guaranteed 14 days before the check-in date upon payment of 50% of the total stay. Otherwise, the reservation will remain subject to availability and the rate in effect at that time. If the guest does not complete all agreed nights, the rate for the nights actually stayed will be adjusted to the applicable rate for those dates.

FOR HOTELES MEMORABLES DE COLOMBIA (CASA PASSIFLORA HOTEL BOUTIQUE, CASA BIXA HOTEL BOUTIQUE, CASA JACARANDA HOTEL BOUTIQUE, CASA CEDRELA HOTEL BOUTIQUE, CASA LINAJE HOTEL BOUTIQUE AND FINA ESTAMPA COUNTRY HOTEL):

A charge of 30% of the total reservation amount is made at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining 70% must be paid 5 days before the arrival date.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICIES

FOR NOVELTY SUITES, LEBLÓN SUITES AND PORTAL DEL RODEO:

For nightly reservations: The guest may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. After this period, a penalty equivalent to the first night will apply.

For medium-stay reservations of at least 14 nights: The guest may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date.

NOTES:

• If the reservation is cancelled or modified after the permitted period, 100% of the first night will be charged and will be non-refundable.
• Any modification made within the permitted period will remain subject to availability and the rate in effect for the new dates.

FOR AFFINITY APARTAHOTEL:

For long-stay reservations of at least 28 nights: The guest may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

NOTES:

• If the reservation is cancelled or modified after the permitted period, 50% of the monthly rate will be charged as a non-refundable penalty for non-compliance.
• Any modification made within the permitted period will remain subject to availability and the rate in effect for the new dates.

For nightly reservations: The guest may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. After this period, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the total stay will apply.

For medium-stay reservations of at least 14 nights: The guest may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. After this period, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the total stay will apply.

The guest may cancel and/or modify the reservation up to 5 days before the arrival date. For cancellations, the 30% advance payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled or modified after the permitted period, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged. Any modification will remain subject to availability and the rate in effect for the new dates.

• Holiday weekends and certain high-season dates may be subject to minimum-stay restrictions.

NO-SHOW POLICY

FOR NOVELTY SUITES, LEBLÓN SUITES AND PORTAL DEL RODEO:

For nightly reservations: In the event of a no-show on the reserved dates, 100% of the first night will be charged as a penalty for non-compliance.

For medium-stay reservations: In the event of a no-show on the reserved dates, 20% of the total stay will be charged as a penalty for non-compliance.

For monthly reservations: In the event of a no-show on the reserved dates, 50% of the full monthly amount will be charged as a penalty for non-compliance.

FOR AFFINITY APARTAHOTEL:

In the event of a no-show on the reserved dates, 100% of the total value of the first month will be charged as a penalty for non-compliance.

FOR ALCÁZAR DE OVIEDO:

For nightly and medium-stay reservations: In the event of a no-show on the reserved dates, 50% of the total stay will be charged as a penalty for non-compliance.

For long-stay reservations: In the event of a no-show on the reserved dates, 50% of the total stay will be charged as a penalty for non-compliance.

FOR HOTELES MEMORABLES DE COLOMBIA (CASA PASSIFLORA HOTEL BOUTIQUE, CASA BIXA HOTEL BOUTIQUE, CASA JACARANDA HOTEL BOUTIQUE, CASA CEDRELA HOTEL BOUTIQUE, CASA LINAJE HOTEL BOUTIQUE AND FINA ESTAMPA COUNTRY HOTEL):

In the event of a no-show on the reserved dates, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged as a penalty for non-compliance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Minors must carry identification proving their relationship to the accompanying adult. If travelling with someone other than their parents, they must present a notarized authorization.
• All persons entering the hotel must register at the front desk and present their original physical identity document.
• Visitors entering after 10:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. who are not registered guests will be considered additional guests, and a per-person, per-night charge will apply.

Note: Guests associated with a reservation cannot be changed after check-in. For example, if a reservation is made for two people, only the reservation holder and one additional guest may be registered under that reservation. If the second registered guest leaves and the reservation holder brings in a new companion, that person will be considered a third additional guest. If that person stays overnight, the applicable overnight visitor fee will be charged. This rule applies to all reservations and room types. The reservation rate is valid only for the number of guests originally included, and any guest change after check-in will be treated as an additional person.

• Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per room.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
